A little slow on setting them I know but, I just haven't written them down yet.
1) SAVE MONEY!
I just purchased a new car, and its going to be hard to save but this is what I have been wanting to do for several years. Eventually I would like to own a home, for that I will need a down payment. To do that I need to stop spending money on minuscule items that really mean nothing, take up space and I am sure I will forget about in 3 mos.
2) EXERCISE MORE REGULARLY
Well this one wont really be to hard for me to complete, maintain. I have always been involved in some sort of sport so its just a matter of me transitioning into my own training program. I have started walking while at work. Its about a 1/4 mile from one end of the main corridor to the other end, so if I do this 4 times I've walked a mile. Which I think is a good start. I also go out on the children's equipment and do some stuff out there. If I dont feel like walking I usually climb the stairs, up and down about 3 times. Also, I got a new gym membership. I had one in Bakersfield, now I have one here.
3) EAT BETTER
Well this one is being achieved as we speak, Kraig and I have mostly eliminated all fast food, and extra sugars that arent really needed. Weve both realized that our metabolism is slowing down and we need to be monitoring what we are eating better. My one thing that I know is going to kill me to give up is my daily Starbucks...but itll help with two goals so I guess I better do it! Ugh!
4) FINISH ALL MY STARTED PROJECTS
Goodness there are so many! Mostly knitted ones too! Guess I better get started...keep checking my blog to see the latest progress with them.
Anywho, this is all I have for now, the fewer the better I suppose. Its easier to remember them then. Ill keep you posted on how I am doing.
